RICHARD P. CHULICK, CPA MANAGING PARTNER Rick has over 30 years of experience, including 18 years with the "Big Four" CPA firm of Deloitte & Touche where he was the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Nevada tax practice.  He also has ten years of business experience as the CEO and CFO of small and medium sized closely held companies.  This experience allows him to advise his clients from a business and financial perspective and to provide his expertise as a tax and accounting professional.  Although Rick has expertise in all areas of taxation, he has particular expertise in business taxation. Rick has a BA in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from Michigan State University, and he has been an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Taxation at the University of Michigan.
Brandi Simon TAX CONSULTANT Brandi, who joined the firm in January, 2008, is a tax specialist with over 6 years of experience with CPA firms in Kansas City and Boulder, Colorado. She has experience in individual and small business taxation as well as preparing returns for non-profit organizations. She also has extensive experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software. Brandi has a BS in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
Samantha Kelley TAX CONSULTANT Samantha joined the firm in August 2007.  She is a tax specialist with over 8 years experience in accounting.  She spent four years as a bookkeeper while working through college, which gives her a unique approach when helping clients.  Samantha graduated from California Lutheran University in May 2004 with a BS in Accounting and has worked with smaller CPA firms as a tax specialist since.  She has experience in individual,  corporate and non-profit tax and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
SANDY SANDERS ACCOUNTANT Sandy has been with the firm for 15 years providing outstanding accounting services to our business clients.  Sandy has extensive knowledge in payroll, sales and use taxes along with her accounting experience.
CAROL JENSEN ACCOUNTANT Carol has been with the firm since 2001.  She brings to us over 40 years of accounting and business experience.
Bob Ruhmann ACCOUNTANT Bob joined the staff in May 2006 after a career in the telecommunications industry.  Prior to that he spent five years in the United States Air Force as an electronics technician.  Besides his accounting skills, Bob brings to the Firm and our clients a wealth of technical and management experience.
RUTH CHULICK MORNING SUN OFFICE MANAGER Ruth oversees the day-to-day operations of our office as well as providing payroll preparation services for many of our clients
